What are the advantages of service offices?
Hero PH serviced offices are equipped with the facilities and services necessary to start a business, so the initial cost of opening an office can be reduced and business can be started immediately. Hero PH serviced offices are conveniently located near Ayala Triangle Park along Ayala Avenue, the main street in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
What is the surrounding environment like?
Hero PH service offices are located in Makati City. Makati City is the economic center of the Philippines and is called the Wall Street of the Philippines.
Many Japanese and foreign companies have offices in the surrounding area. Access from the airport is also good, and you will arrive in Makati City in about 20 minutes. There are restaurants from various countries and large shopping malls in the surrounding area, making it a very convenient place to live. Can a serviced office be used as a business registration (SEC registered) address?
Is possible. If you need address registration for corporate registration (SEC registration), please let us know. We will give you the necessary documents.
What is the contract period and type of contract for serviced offices?
The contract period can be from 1 month. The contract form is a service use contract.
What about smoking/non-smoking?
Smoking is prohibited in all office buildings.

About contract and payment

Are there any documents required for a service office contract?

A review is required before signing a contract. Please submit the following documents.

  • ・A copy of the SEC registration certificate for companies that have already established a local subsidiary
  • ・A copy of the company registration in Japan for corporations before the establishment of a local subsidiary
  • ・A copy of the representative's passport

  • ・Photo ID of all users
What is the payment currency for the contract fee and monthly rent?
Payment will be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). You can also pay in yen or US dollars.
How do I pay monthly?
We will send you an invoice every month. Please pay by cash, check or bank transfer, whichever is convenient for you.

Will the service office contract fee be refunded when I move out?
No, I can't go back.
The contract fee includes the cost including the basic setup fee of the office.
Will I be charged for electricity and internet usage?
The usage fee (rent and common service fee) includes the electricity bill and internet usage fee (shared line).
There is no charge for electricity or internet usage.

What type of private room do you have?

What kind of facilities are there in the private room?
Equipped with desks, cabinets, wireless and wired internet access.
Do you have rooms other than private rooms?
There is a shared office with a booth type desk that can be used by one person. Other shared spaces include a reception, cafe area, lounge area, and meeting space.
What kind of services will be available if I contract a private room?
If you book a private room, you can use the reception service, cafe area, lounge area, and wireless/wired internet access free of charge. As optional services, we offer the use of telephone lines, telephone answering service, parking lot service, cloud service, and the use of multifunction devices. Can I have your phone number?

Is there a rest area?

Are there free drinks in the rest area?
available. Coffee and mineral water are available in the shared cafe area and lounge area. There is also a vending machine for a fee.
Is parking available?
Yes. Please contact us as there are vehicle restrictions and availability.
Can I use the printer?
You can use a multifunction machine that can use copiers, scanners, and printers.
Can I forward mail when using Virtual Office?
Yes, you can. Mail that arrives at the service office will be forwarded to the designated address in advance. To use the service, you will need to pay a fixed monthly fee and the actual cost of postage.
Are there holidays, year-end holidays, Obon holidays, etc.?
Serviced offices are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, Leopalace staff and receptionists are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, Philippine holidays, and during the year-end and New Year holidays.
